  • Bible Study this Monday, November 27, and Wednesday, November 29, 10 am at MOCO House.

  • Young Adult Bible Study will meet this Monday, November 27, 6:30 pm at MOCO House.

  • Presbytery meeting this Tuesday, November 28, 6:30 pm at Ebeneezer Presbyterian Church, Grove City, PA.

  • Midweek Advent Coloring Night this Wednesday, November 29, 5:30 pm-7:00 pm at the church.  As a midweek activity during Advent, we will have coloring banners again this year.  Everyone of the any age us welcome.  There will be a small devotional time reflecting on each of the banners.  We will meet every Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:00 pm during the month of December.

  • Holy Communion will be celebrated next Sunday, December 3 which will be the First Sunday of Advent.

  • A Congregational Meeting will be held next Sunday, December 3, immediately following worship.  The purpose of this meeting is to elect officers for 2018.  The slate of officers for a (3 year term) is: Elders: Velvet Henry and Jim Schiffauer.  Deacons:  Dorothy Hawkins and Nancy Roberts.  Nominating Committee for 2018:  Roberta Gibson, Tina Leslie, Brad McKim, and Mickie Snyder.  Auditor:  Phyllis Penwell. 

  • CLICK will meet Sunday, December 3 from 4 pm-5:30 pm.

  • The following items are needed: Cereals, Pancake Mix and Syrup, and/or any other non-perishable items are welcomed.  Monetary donations are also accepted; please make checks payable to Project HOPE Food Bank, and give to our Representative:  Ruth Ann Herman.

  • Nathan Parrott, our new accompanist, is looking for singers, instrumentalists, and others who could help enhance the musical elements of our service.  We are looking for soloists or others who might like to sing in a group, especially as we near Advent and Christmas.  If you are interested, please let Nathan Parrott or Pastor Nathan know.  And if there are others in the community who are interested, please invite them to participate as well!

  • The last day for gifts to be recorded for the year 2017 statement is due by the close of our 10:45 am worship on Sunday, December 31.  If you are mailing your gift to the church, please have it here by Friday, December 29.

  • CHRISTMAS FOR HOPEThis year our Church Family will be giving Christmas joy to two families within our community.  Ruth Ann Herman will be taking care of the purchasing of the needed gifts.  Please consider donating soon so she will have time to shop.  All donations must be in by December 3 and the gifts will be given out on December 8. 

  • Project HOPE is also asking for donations of hats, gloves, mittens, socks and underwear.  A tree has been placed in the Narthex for these items. Please put your items on the tree before December 3, so they can be handed out with the other gifts.  

  • Free Babysitting!  Don’t worry if you have not finished your shopping, we will help!   Bring the kids to the church Friday, December 8, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and we will babysit.  A light supper will be provided.

  • You are invited to share Christmas Joy-feedMysheep Ministries is inviting volunteers to come help with their Christmas Give-Away.  On December 13 volunteers are needed at 10 a.m. to sort and arrange gifts for the Christmas Give-Away.  On Saturday, December 16 from noon until 4 p.m. volunteers are needed to give away presents and toys to the feedMysheep clients and families.  Rides will be provided for anyone interested in helping.  Please consider spreading joy to those who often don’t see love at Christmas.  Please see any member of the Mission Committee if you are interested.

  • December 17–Cookie Sunday. Please bring a tray or 2 of cookies during the Sunday School hours and drop them off downstairs.  Then after church you can box up the cookies and either take them home to a loved one or send them to be delivered to our shut-ins.
