  • Today, November 4 is All Saints Sunday and we are remembering with thanksgiving the members and friends of our church who died in the last year:  Members:  Ken Nagel, Tom Palkovich, Janice Pelto, and Mary Ellen Rowe.  Friends of the Church:  Tim Anderson, Irene Hedberg, Dorothy J. Nord, and Rachel Shuluga.     

  • The Loose Offering today, November 4 will go to the Deacons’ to aid in their ministry. 

  • Community Bible Study by Pastor Nathan and Rev. John Lersch will gather 9:30 am on Monday, November 5 and 19 at MoCo House.   

  • Deacons will meet on Wednesday, November 7 at 6 pm. 

  • Session will meet on Wednesday, November 7 at 7 pm. 

  • Next Sunday, November 11 is Project HOPE Sunday! The following items are needed: Canned Tuna, Spam, etc. or any other non-perishable items are welcomed.  Monetary donations are also accepted; please make checks payable to Project HOPE Food Bank, and give to our HOPE Representative. 

  • PW Thank Offering Service is Sunday, November 18.  Service will be led by Mrs. Miriam Gwin.  

  • The deadline to submit information for the December 2018 newsletter is Sunday, November 18.   The December 2018 newsletter will be passed out on Sunday, November 25.

  • Any information needed to be included in Christ the King Sunday, November 25 bulletin, please turn it into the office no later than 9:30 am on Tuesday, November 20.

  • PW meeting is Wednesday, December 12, 6 pm at MOCO House.  We have devotions, our meeting and fellowship.

    Local Happenings

  • MoCo House Seminar.  “Exploring Christian Faith in Today’s Culture” is a seminar led by retired Pastor Patti Harbison, designed for all who desire to deepen their day-to-day spiritual lives and strengthen their connection with God. Take advantage of this opportunity to invite unchurched friends and inactive church members to this comfortable and informal setting. Monday evenings 7-8 pm-November 5, and November 12.  

  • Mohawk FBLA and the Scottish Rite Cathedral Foundation invite all the Veterans and their guests to the 20th Annual Veterans Day Program this Thursday, November 8 from 9:45 am-12 noon.  The guest speaker will be Attorney Charles Mansell.  Music will be provided by the Mohawk Band and Chorus.  Light Refreshments will be served.  RSVP by tomorrow, November 5 by calling the Mohawk High School at 724-667-7782 Ext. 2130.

  •  Mahoning Presbyterian Church on the third Thursday of the month except Jan. & Feb. at 5 pm.

  • Westfield Church on the last Wednesday of each month except December 26, 2018 from 5-7 pm. 

  • Enon Presbyterian Church on the last Thursday of each month except August from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm.
