Announcements

  • Today, August 12 is Project HOPE Sunday!  The following items are needed:  August-Canned Soup and Crackers or any other non-perishable items are welcomed.  Monetary donations are also accepted; or checks made out to Project HOPE Food Bank, and give to Ruth Ann Herman.

  •  The deadline to submit information for the September 2018 newsletter is next Sunday, August 19.  The September 2017 newsletter will be passed out on Sunday, August 26.

  • One of our missionaries to South Sudan, Leisa Wagstaff, will be joining us next Sunday, August 19, during our 10 am worship.  A luncheon will be served after worship.  We highly recommend attending her sermon as she always has a lot to share with us.  Please also consider helping to support Leisa in her mission work by contributing to a special offering today, August 12.  There are envelopes in the bulletin for this offering. 

  • Sunday, August 26 during our 10:45 am worship service, we will celebrate the baptism of Morgan, Oliver and Elliott Stewart, and welcome parents, Wes and Jackie Stewart into membership.

  • A few openings are still available for BPC’s Preschool in the 3 year old and 4-5 year old class for the 2018-2019 school year.  BPP serves children ages 3 (by September 1) through age 5 living in the Mohawk area.  3/4 year old class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9 am-12 noon.  4-5 year old class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 am-12 noon. Any questions please speak to Mary Kay Leslie or call the preschool @ 724-667-4130 and leave a message.

  •  Presbyterian Women will meet on Wednesday, September 12, 6 pm at MoCo House.  Join us for a time of fellowship, devotions and our business meeting.

  • Our summer worship schedule through next Sunday, August 19;  10:00 am Worship .

  • Our regular worship schedule resumes Sunday, August 26;  9:30 am Sunday Light, 10:45 am Divine Worship.
