  • CLICK will meet on Sunday, April 28, 4 pm-5:30 pm.

  • Presbytery will meet on Tuesday, April 30, 6:30 pm at New Wilmington Presbyterian Church.

  •  Attention Women:  Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church invites us to their Salad Supper on Tuesday, May 7 at 6 pm.  RSVP to Sally Cunningham by Wednesday, April 30 if you are going. 

  • Mohawk Church Women is Friday, May 3, 10 am at MOCO House.  Everyone is invited!  We will begin with our church serving the Brunch followed by the program called:  The YELLOW RIBBON GIRLS, they send packages to support our veterans. 

  • The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated next Sunday, 5. Please prepare your hearts and minds accordingly.

  • The Loose Offering next Sunday, May 6 will go to the Deacons' to aid in their ministry.

  • The following items are needed for Project HOPE: Canned Fruit and Canned Vegetables or any other non-perishable items are welcomed.  Monetary donations are also accepted; please make checks payable to Project HOPE Food Bank, and give to our HOPE Representative:  Ruth Ann Herman.

  • Mission/Evangelism Committee will meet Saturday, May 11, 11:00 am at MOCO House.

  • Sunday, May 19 is our last day of Sunday Light until mid-August. The Discipleship Committee would like to thank the following teachers and helpers for a great year. Preschool: Roberta Gibson, Serrena Schultz, and Mickie Snyder.  Kindergarten: Rhodell Magnone, and Beth Ann Nord. Grades 1-5: Betsy Barr, and Miriam Gwin. Grades 6-9: Pastor Nathan Leslie. Young Adult: Tina Leslie.

  • 4G Adult Bible Study will meet Monday, May 23, 6:30 pm at MOCO House.

  • Beginning Sunday, May 26 through mid-August.  Our Sunday morning schedule will be as follows: Worship at 10:00 am.

  • The deadline to submit information for the June 2018 newsletter is Sunday, May 19. The June 2018 newsletter will be passed out on Sunday, May 26.

  • Graduates will be recognized during our 10:00 am worship on Sunday, June 2. Please notify the church office of members graduating from High School, College, or any Higher Learning Institution by Sunday, May 26. Non-members will be recognized in name, so if you have a family member graduating please inform us so that we can include them in our listing.

 Summer Reading begins in just 10 weeks!  This year’s theme is “A Universe of Stories” and our summer will be packed with activities!  Weekly stories, special programs, and more!  Join us as we travel through the universe and visit new countries along the way!  Sign up begins June 10. 

Friends of the Library annual community yard sale coming again this summer!  Start gathering your items to sell and make some cash while supporting our library.


Mohawk Coffee House (MoCo House) annual 5K/2 mile Java Jog is Memorial Day, May 27 at 8:30 am.  Sponsors, as well as participants, will be needed for this fun community event!  More details to follow or stop by the coffee shop to register. Thank you!
