  • Any monetary donations given to Missions today, September 15 will go towards our Sudan church planting project.  It fulfills their dream of permanent places to worship the Lord with trained (and paid) pastors to guide them through these times of difficult economical transitions.  Coffee hour will follow our service today, September 15.

  • Presbyterian Women Doing without Bank envelopes collection date is Sunday, October 13.

  • Pastor Nathan and Rev. John Lersch are going to be co-leading a fall Bible study on the book of Hebrews.  We will gather at 9:30 a.m. at MoCo House starting tomorrow, Monday, September 16, and every Monday through the end of October.

  • You are invited to an APPLE DUMPLING ASSEMBLY PARTY!    We will make the dumplings next Saturday, September 21 from 9 am to? or Wednesday, September 25 from 4 pm-?  We will supply snacks, water, and lunch/dinner!  If you have them, bring a rolling pin and pastry cutter

  • Beginning next Sunday, September 22, we will begin taking orders for Frozen Homemade Ham Loaves and Sauce.  The cost is $ 3.00 each.  All Ham Loaf orders and money must be returned to Mickie Snyder no later than Sunday, October 27.  Pickup Dates:  Saturday, November 15 from 9 am-12 noon or Sunday, November 16 from 12 noon-2 pm.           

  • BYG (Bessemer Youth Group) for All Ages Pre-K-Jr. High meets every 4th Sunday from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm.  Dinner is provided!  First meeting is next Sunday, September 22.

  • 4G Bible Study will meet Thursday, September 26, 6:30 pm at MOCO House.

  • The deadline to submit information for the October 2019 newsletter is Sunday, September 22. The October 2019 newsletter will be passed out on Sunday, September 29.

  • The following items are needed for Project HOPE:  Paper Products (Kleenex, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Napkins) or any other non-perishable items are welcomed.  Monetary donations are accepted; please make checks payable to Project HOPE Food Bank, and give to our representative:  Ruth Herman.

  • MOCO House Golf Outing:  Saturday, September 28, 7:30 AM at Tanglewood Golf Club, Pulaski, PA.  Registration Forms are available at MOCO House and need to be returned by Friday, September 21.   Questions, call MOCO House @ 724-667-4293 or stop in MOCO for more details.

  • Do you have a heart for praying for your kids and for Mohawk School?  Then please join our group called Moms in Prayer International.  We meet at MOCO House on Mondays at 7 PM.  We are a group of moms that spend one hour lifting our kids and our school to the Lord in prayer.  For more information call Janice Grim 724-730-6846.

  • Bessemer Mohawk Rotary Club Ziti dinner is Sunday, October 20, 11:30 am.-2 pm at Mohawk High Cafeteria.  Dine in or carry out.  Tickets are available from Sally Cunningham or at the door.  The cost is: Adults:  $10 and Children under 12:  $ 5.   

  • North Beaver Fire Department Braised Steak Dinner is Sunday, October 6, 11:30 am-2 pm at the Mount Jackson Fire Hall.  The cost is Adults-$ 13.00, Children 6-12 $ 6.00, and Children 5 and under are Free.  Dine in or carry out.
